Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak periods, public holidays, sales events, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed.

Delivery Time

After processing, orders are typically delivered within 1–5 business days across the UAE.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai: 1–3 Business Days

  • Abu Dhabi: 1–4 Business Days

  • Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & Al Ain: 2–5 Business Days

Please note that many orders are delivered within 2 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or collections.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available.

Delivery Delays

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect contact information, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests.

Orders are considered delivered once they have been successfully handed over to the customer or accepted at the delivery address provided during checkout.
